Wire Thread Inserts is a new internal thread of fastener. It is made of high strength, precision, corrosion resistant and diamond wire. The CL-coil looks like spring, when it is assembled in matrix thread, its internal surface to be the standard thread. If CL-coil is assembled with Screw, it could enhance the connection strength and abrasion resistant, especially in AL, MG, Cast Iron and other low strength materials.
CL-coil also could improve thread¡¯s stress state and to be spring connection, remove the errors of pitch and thread angle, protect the thread avoiding to be broken, and extend working time.
